Southampton FC is proud to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) in India, aiming to elevate football training standards and opportunities for coaches and players across the country. This collaboration promises to bring the expertise of The Southampton Way, renowned for its academy coaching framework, to thousands of aspiring footballers in India through the Academy Performance Plan and Player Development Camps.

Bhaichung Bhutia is widely regarded as one of India's greatest footballers. As the first Indian player to compete professionally in England and a former captain of the Indian national team for over a decade, his legacy in Indian football is unmatched. His football schools, BBFS, are now the largest football academy in India, serving thousands of players nationwide and creating pathways to professional football.
