Juventus and Politecnico di Torino, through the university's PoliTO Master School, have launched the International Executive Master's in Systems Thinking for Sport & Entertainment, a new postgraduate programme aimed at professionals working across the sports and entertainment industries.

The initiative combines academic expertise with practical industry experience and reflects the growing demand for specialised executive education as sports organisations operate in increasingly complex commercial, technological and international environments.

The programme will begin in January 2027, run for five months and be delivered entirely in English.

Programme Focuses on Managing Complex Sports Organisations Juventus

The Executive Master's has been designed for managers, executives and professionals working in clubs, leagues, federations, sports organisations and companies operating in entertainment and major events.

According to Juventus and Politecnico di Torino, the programme will focus on helping participants understand how different parts of modern sports organisations—including strategy, operations, communication, sustainability and stakeholder management—interact within increasingly interconnected business ecosystems.

Participants will also study value creation, decision-making and organisational management in international environments. The Executive Master's will feature lecturers from Politecnico di Torino alongside guest speakers from leading international organisations across sport and entertainment.

Only 30 places will be available for the programme's first edition.

Stefano Corgnati, Rector of Politecnico di Torino, said the programme reflects the university's commitment to developing educational initiatives that anticipate changes across the sports and entertainment industries.

He added that the partnership combines academic excellence with practical application while reinforcing sport as a strategic area for research, innovation and technology transfer.

Greta Bodino, Juventus' Chief People, Culture & ESG Officer, said the increasing complexity of sport and entertainment requires multidisciplinary perspectives and new leadership approaches.

She described education as a strategic priority for Juventus, extending from youth development to executive training for professionals leading organisations through industry transformation.
