Paris FC is set to relocate to Stade Jean-Bouin starting from the 2025-26 season, following an agreement with Stade Français Paris. The two clubs will share the venue until at least 2029, with Stade Français remaining the primary tenant. This move comes as Paris FC enters a new chapter under the ownership of LVMH and Red Bull, which recently finalized their investment in the club.

With Agache (the Arnault family’s holding company) acquiring a 52.4% stake and Red Bull securing 10.6%, Paris FC now has the backing of two global powerhouses. Former owner Pierre Ferracci, through Alter Paris, retains 29.8%, ensuring continuity while overseeing the club’s transition. The investment is expected to drive Paris FC’s long-term ambition of securing promotion to Ligue 1 and increasing its presence on the global football stage.

The stadium-sharing agreement was facilitated with the support of the City of Paris, the Paris Police Prefecture, and the governing bodies of both professional football and rugby. This transition marks a major shift for Paris FC, which has called Stade Charléty home since 1999.

Antoine Arnault, LVMH executive and now a key figure in Paris FC’s leadership, emphasized the importance of the deal:

"Securing this agreement to play at Jean Bouin next season was a priority for my family. We wanted to offer our supporters, partners, and spectators the best possible environment to watch Paris FC evolve. This marks a new era for the club while ensuring we properly close the chapter at Charléty. I personally thank Dr. Hans-Peter Wild and Thomas Lombard for making this agreement possible. I am confident it will delight both rugby and football fans alike."

Dr. Hans-Peter Wild, owner of Stade Français Paris, welcomed the collaboration:

"Stade Français Paris is delighted to host Paris FC’s matches at Jean Bouin from next season. Having a football club in our stadium will enhance its appeal, making it a key venue for sports in the capital. I extend my gratitude to Antoine Arnault and Pierre Ferracci for their productive discussions that made this project possible. I am certain this move will create a positive synergy between our teams and communities, further strengthening the sports culture in Paris."

Pierre Rabadan, Deputy Mayor of Paris in charge of sports, highlighted the city’s role in facilitating the deal:

"Paris welcomes this agreement between Stade Français and Paris FC. These two iconic clubs will now share Jean Bouin from summer 2025, further reinforcing their collaboration and their role in promoting Parisian sports. Completely renovated in 2013, Jean Bouin is a state-of-the-art venue, perfectly suited to hosting both football and rugby at the highest level. This is a fantastic opportunity to optimize the use of a major Parisian sports facility."
