FC Schalke 04 has confirmed the extension of its sponsorship agreement with HRS Group, which will continue as the club’s Official Training Kit Partner through June 30, 2027. The Cologne-based global hotel solutions provider has been working with Schalke since 2022, and the renewal signals a strategic commitment to long-term collaboration — even amid a period of sporting and structural transition for the club.


Under the terms of the new agreement, HRS moves into the club’s main partner tier and will remain a prominent presence on Schalke’s warm-up and training apparel in the coming seasons.


Commercial Continuity and Fan Engagement


The updated partnership includes a significant digital activation package, aimed at both reinforcing brand visibility and offering direct value to Schalke supporters. As part of the deal, fans registered in the myHRS Club will receive exclusive access to hotel booking services, including savings of up to 50% on accommodations — particularly relevant for supporters attending away fixtures.


According to Matthias Tillmann, Chairman of the Executive Board at FC Schalke 04, the extension reflects “trust, consistency, and shared values,” particularly in how both organizations continue to develop the partnership across both physical and digital touchpoints.


Loyalty in Challenging Times FC Schalke 04 HRS


HRS’s decision to extend its partnership is especially notable given Schalke’s current on-pitch challenges and uncertain league positioning. Rather than retreating, HRS has opted to reinforce its alignment with the club, offering a strong signal of loyalty — a quality both Schalke and its fan base have long embodied.


HRS CEO Tobias Ragge emphasized this sentiment, noting that the renewal is a “deliberate show of support” for Schalke during a difficult period. He also highlighted the club’s values of passion and community, which resonate deeply with HRS’s own brand ethos.


The Schalke sponsorship provides a platform for HRS to maintain strong regional visibility while also showcasing its role in digital transformation within travel and hospitality.
