In a groundbreaking initiative, Como 1907 has launched its first-ever sporting scholarship, providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a promising U.S. soccer player. Selected by the Head of Development, Osian Roberts, and part-owner of the club, Cesc Fàbregas, this scholarship aims to uncover emerging talent and offer an invaluable experience, including the chance to play for Como 1907’s #TST team in Cary, North Carolina, this June.

The scholarship is designed to offer one exceptional male footballer the opportunity to train with the Como 1907 Academy while continuing to study and living with a local family in Italy. The opportunity is for a duration of three to twelve months over the 2024/25 season. Eligible athletes, aged 18 to 19, can apply by submitting a highlight reel along with a coach’s recommendation.

Play at TST: Represent Como 1907 in the festival-like atmosphere of The Soccer Tournament (TST), competing against other teams in a World Cup-style competition from June 5-10.

Professional Selection: Be chosen by Osian Roberts and Cesc Fàbregas, who will oversee the selection process.
