His collaborative approach ensured close coordination with Alexander Wehrle, other board members, the supervisory board, and club committees. This teamwork culminated in one of the most successful seasons in recent club history, with a runner-up finish in the Bundesliga, qualification for the UEFA Champions League, and participation in the Supercup.
