Valencia CF Highlights TM Grupo Inmobiliario’s New Benidorm Tower on Matchday Kits.

Valencia CF will wear a special shirt activation for its next two matches in LaLiga EA SPORTS, featuring TM Tower, the new landmark residential project from TM Grupo Inmobiliario in Benidorm.

As part of the collaboration, TM Grupo Inmobiliario will temporarily replace its standard logo on Valencia CF shirts with branding for the TM Tower, which will debut globally during the fixtures against FC Barcelona and Athletic Club.

This activation highlights the forthcoming launch of TM Tower, which will be officially presented in Benidorm on 18 September 2025.

About TM Tower

TM Tower will be a 64-floor, 230-meter residential building, designed to become the tallest residential tower in Europe. The project includes:

• 260 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms

• Location 50 meters from Benidorm’s Poniente beach

• Shared amenities such as heated pools, sports facilities, gym, cinema room, and a skybar on the 63rd floor with an astronomical observatory created in collaboration with the MUDIC Science Museum

• A high-rigidity reinforced concrete structure tested at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid for wind resistance

• Seven high-speed elevators reaching 6 meters per second, designed for vertical living

  
  

Delivery of the residential units is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2028.

Marketing Reach and Fan Engagement

The special Valencia CF shirts will be seen by millions of viewers worldwide through live broadcasts of the two matches. To further engage fans, TM Grupo Inmobiliario and Valencia CF will organise a social media giveaway, offering tickets for the match against Athletic Club at Mestalla and the opportunity for winners to participate in a halftime event.
