Atlético de Madrid has launched a new official mobile application developed in partnership with Veritran, bringing ticket purchases, digital season ticket management, merchandise and stadium experiences into a single platform.
The redesigned app consolidates several of the Spanish club's digital services, including access to the Atleti Store and Atleti Tour & Museum, alongside club news and match-related information.
Among the main additions is a season ticket transfer feature, allowing supporters to transfer their tickets digitally. The application also retains existing functionality for stadium access through QR codes and NFC wallets, as well as the option to release season ticket seats.
Veritran Develops Atlético's New Digital Platform Madrid
The application was developed with Veritran, a technology company specialising in digital platforms and customer experiences.
The new interface brings together services previously accessed through different parts of Atlético's digital ecosystem, including ticketing, retail and stadium-related products.
Supporters can purchase match tickets, manage their season tickets and access the club's official merchandise store through the application.
The platform also incorporates Atleti Tour & Museum, providing access to the club's stadium tourism offering.

Season Ticket Transfers Added to Digital Ticketing
One of the principal updates is the introduction of a digital season ticket transfer service.
The feature joins existing ticket management tools, including QR code and NFC wallet access for stadium entry.
Supporters can also release their season ticket seats through the application, retaining a service already available within the club's digital offering.
The combination of these functions provides season ticket holders with a central location for managing access to Atlético's home matches.
Ticketing, Retail and Stadium Tourism Integrated Into One App
The application also provides access to several of Atlético's commercial services.
Ticket purchasing is integrated alongside the Atleti Store, while Atleti Tour & Museum adds the club's stadium visitor experience to the same platform.
These services sit alongside club news and other official information, allowing supporters to access both editorial content and transactional features without navigating separate digital entry points.
The integration is relevant to Atlético's direct-to-consumer operations, where ticketing, merchandise and stadium tourism represent distinct commercial activities.
Atlético Updates Its Digital Supporter Experience
The launch follows Atlético de Madrid's continued development of digital services connected to its matchday operations and wider supporter offering.
The partnership with Veritran brings existing services into a redesigned application while adding functionality for season ticket transfers.
The updated application is now available to supporters, with ticketing, season ticket management, retail and stadium tourism services accessible through a single official mobile interface.
