Tigres UANL has extended its partnership with Mexican airline Viva through 2028, continuing one of the club’s longest-standing commercial relationships and reinforcing its position within the airline sponsorship category.


The agreement covers both the men’s and women’s teams and builds on a collaboration that began in 2020, when Tigres became the first club in Mexican football to partner commercially with the airline.


Brand Activation Through Unique Fan-Focused Initiatives Tigres UANL

Over the course of the partnership, Viva has supported the club’s domestic and international travel requirements, becoming a key operational partner alongside its role as a commercial sponsor.


One of the most visible elements of the collaboration has been the creation of a Tigres-branded aircraft, featuring the club’s colours and identity. This initiative transformed a standard sponsorship into a fan-facing experience, extending the club’s presence beyond stadium environments and into everyday travel contexts.


Supporting Both Sporting Operations and Fan Engagement


Beyond branding, Viva has played a consistent role in supporting Tigres’ sporting operations, facilitating travel for both the men’s and women’s teams across national and international competitions.
