Rolling Stone Italia and Genoa CFC have announced a media partnership for the 2025/26 season, combining football and music to create new opportunities for fan engagement and cultural storytelling.
Partnership Scope
The agreement includes front-of-shirt placement for Rolling Stone Italia in three Serie A matches, beginning with Genoa’s Monday-night fixture against Lazio. The brand will also appear on the pre-match kit (back) throughout the season.
Beyond visibility on the pitch, the collaboration extends into the matchday experience and content production. Rolling Stone Italia will curate the official warm-up playlist at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris and produce editorial and audiovisual content dedicated to the club, the city of Genoa, and the wider community.

The initiative builds on Genoa’s broader strategy of positioning its stadium and club identity as platforms for cultural expression. In recent years, the club has hosted performances from both Italian and international artists, reinforcing the historic ties between football and music in the city.
As part of the new collaboration, Rolling Stone will also launch a music contest to highlight emerging talent from Genoa’s contemporary scene, adding to the city’s legacy of creativity and artistic influence.

Alessandro Giberti, Editor in Chief of Rolling Stone Italia, stated:
“Rolling Stone and Genoa CFC share longevity and a commitment to maintaining relevance in changing times. It is an honour to be able to narrate Genoa’s 2025/26 season from an internal perspective, close to the team, the club, and the city, at a time when Genoa is regaining a strong presence in Italian music.”
