AC Milan and Inter Milan have both successfully renewed their partnerships with Gatorade, ensuring that the renowned sports drink continues to hydrate their players through the upcoming seasons.


For AC Milan, Gatorade will remain the official sports drink partner for both the men’s and women’s teams. This extension cements the ongoing relationship, allowing Gatorade to continue providing its products and educational materials based on scientific research from the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI). This partnership doesn't just fuel the players with hydration but also brings along an expanded collaboration with other PepsiCo brands. The agreement includes PepsiCo as the official supplier for refreshment areas at the San Siro Stadium, with offerings that include Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Seven Up, Lay’s, and Doritos for Rossoneri home games.


Maikel Oettle, Chief Commercial Officer of AC Milan, emphasized the value of the renewed partnership with Gatorade and other PepsiCo brands, highlighting the alignment in striving for excellence and top performance. Marcello Pincelli, CEO of PepsiCo Italia, reiterated the pride and shared commitment to ambitious goals that this partnership represents for both organizations.


Inter Milan is also set to continue its partnership with Gatorade for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons, celebrating a bond that began five years prior. The agreement reaffirms Gatorade’s dedication to supporting both Inter Milan’s men’s squad and the Inter Women team, highlighting a shared ethos of high performance and innovation. The world’s leading sports drink will also play a pivotal role in Inter's campaigns in Serie A and the UEFA Champions League.


Alessandro Antonello, CEO Corporate of FC Internazionale Milano, and Marcello Pincelli, CEO of PepsiCo Italia, both expressed satisfaction with the partnership’s renewal, recognizing the mutual growth and success that has characterized the collaboration over the years.


In line with a commitment to environmental respect and sustainability, an exciting addition to this season’s partnership is the introduction of the 500ml Gatorade bottle made from 100% recycled plastic, aligning with PepsiCo's commitment to circular packaging and reduction of virgin plastic usage.
