Manchester United has entered into a multi-year partnership with Sokin, naming the UK-headquartered fintech firm as the club’s Official Global Business Payment Solutions Partner.

Sokin uses artificial intelligence to optimise efficiencies across its payment network, with cost savings passed directly to clients. The company’s services aim to support organisations in scaling internationally by removing barriers to global commerce.

Sokin has a track record of working within the sports industry’s B2B payments landscape, having partnered with several leading European football clubs and supporting the British & Irish Lions during their Test series in Australia earlier this year.
