Major League Soccer has signed a 'multi-year' agreement with TikTok.

"TikTok & MLS enter multi-year partnership to bring soccer fans closer to the action". The platform's partnership with MLS, a leading men's professional soccer league with 29 clubs in Canada and the United States, aims to bring fans closer to the game by offering exclusive content, in-app programming, greater access to highlights, in-stadium activations, and more. The partnership will also launch a Club Creator Network, where TikTok creators will collaborate with MLS Clubs to create unique content during the regular and off-seasons.


Furthermore, TikTok will be integrated into every MLS game throughout the season via in-stadium branding, TikTok & MLS content across stadium videoboards, and more. The partnership highlights TikTok as a place where the sports and gaming communities intersect, providing quality entertainment for all. The partnership aims to make MLS assets available to fans in new and creative ways, enabling them to engage with existing and future fans worldwide. The soccer content on TikTok is thriving, and the platform continues to partner with soccer and football leagues, events, and federations globally to provide the community unparalleled access to the biggest moments in the game.


Through this partnership, TikTok will connect the MLS community through exclusive content, in-app programming, greater access to highlights, in-stadium activations, MLS' biggest events and tournaments, and more. The partnership will also launch a new Club Creator Network, pairing TikTok creators with MLS clubs to create exciting content during the regular season and off-season. The creators and clubs will work together to enhance the fan experience by offering unique access to their favorite MLS players and behind-the-scenes moments that can only be found on TikTok.


As the "Official Partner" of MLS, TikTok will be integrated into every MLS game throughout the season through various in-stadium branding, TikTok & MLS content across stadium videoboards, and more. TikTok is also the co-presenting sponsor of eMLS Cup, the League’s esports tournament.
