Liverpool FC has opened a new standalone retail store in Bali, further expanding its presence in one of the club's largest international supporter markets.
Located in Beachwalk Shopping Centre, the new outlet becomes Liverpool's third standalone store in Indonesia, joining existing locations in Jakarta and Surabaya.
The opening forms part of the club's wider international retail strategy, which increasingly focuses on establishing permanent physical stores in markets where supporter demand extends well beyond matchday engagement.
Indonesia Continues to Be a Strategic Market Liverpool
Indonesia has become one of Liverpool's most important international markets.
According to the club, the country is home to approximately 31 million Liverpool supporters, while the club's social media channels reach 10 million followers locally. Liverpool also reported a cumulative television audience of 15.5 million across Indonesia during the 2025/26 season.
Those figures help explain why Indonesia continues to attract investment despite being geographically distant from Anfield. For Liverpool, the market offers scale, strong merchandise demand and long-term commercial potential.
Retail Becomes a Global Growth Strategy
The Bali store has been developed in partnership with PT Kanmo Weston Retailindo and follows the design concept of Liverpool's flagship retail store in the UK.
The choice of Bali is commercially significant.
As one of Southeast Asia's leading tourism destinations, the island attracts millions of international visitors every year, allowing Liverpool to reach both local supporters and overseas tourists through a single retail location.
Executive Comments
Lee Dwerryhouse, Liverpool FC's Senior Vice President of Merchandising, described the opening as another step in expanding the club's retail footprint across Indonesia.
"As the team with more standalone retail stores than any other club or franchise in world sport, we are always looking for opportunities to bring Liverpool FC closer to our supporters."
Manoj Bharwani, Co-Founder of Kanmo Group, said Bali represents another milestone in the partnership between both organisations and highlighted the island's international appeal as an opportunity to connect with supporters from around the world.
