Liverpool FC Partners with Trimble to Integrate Technology into Club Infrastructure and Academy Redevelopment.

Liverpool FC has announced a multi-year global partnership with Trimble, a leading technology company specializing in infrastructure, construction, and design solutions. The collaboration will see Trimble’s expertise embedded across the club’s operations, beginning with the redevelopment of Liverpool’s Academy in Kirkby.

Under the agreement, Trimble’s technology will be integrated into the planning and modernization of the Liverpool FC Academy, including the creation of a full-size indoor pitch, a new outdoor pitch with stands, and upgraded medical and sports science facilities.


The redevelopment project will utilize Trimble SketchUp®, the company’s 3D modeling software, to design a modern training environment for the club’s youth teams. The goal is to create an optimized setting that supports player development, performance analysis, and long-term sustainability in line with Liverpool’s strategic priorities.


This partnership aligns with the club’s broader strategy to drive innovation and performance across all areas of its operations, ensuring that facilities continue to meet the evolving requirements of elite football.

As part of the agreement, Trimble branding will appear across Anfield Stadium and Liverpool’s digital platforms, which collectively reach one of the world’s largest fan bases.


Liverpool FC’s social and broadcast presence includes:

  • Over 215 million followers across all social media channels,

  • 12 million YouTube subscribers, and

  • A cumulative TV audience of 583 million viewers across all competitions during the 2024/25 season.


This exposure will provide Trimble with a global marketing platform and enhanced visibility among fans and corporate audiences worldwide.
