Inter Academy Launches Digital Training Platform in Partnership with YouCoach.

Inter Academy, the international development project of FC Internazionale Milano, has introduced a new digital training platform in collaboration with YouCoach, an Italian company specialising in digital tools for sports management. The platform, called Inter Academy Training Pro, is designed to support the global expansion of the Academy network and improve knowledge transfer across international affiliates.

The solution provides an integrated ecosystem connecting Inter’s international academies, technical staff, and the families of enrolled players. Key features include:

• Planning and monitoring of training sessions, workloads, attendance, and performance

• Suggested best practices developed by Inter’s technical staff

• Sharing of educational materials, videos, and training sessions across academies

Through a web interface and an all-in-one mobile app, the platform aims to deliver a personalised experience aligned with Inter’s training standards.

Strategic Context

The collaboration makes Inter the first professional football club to adopt YouCoach’s technology for its international academies. The initiative reflects the club’s broader strategy to scale its academy model globally while maintaining consistent quality and methodology across locations.

Future Development

Inter Academy and YouCoach plan to evolve the platform with more interactive features, including options for families to engage directly, thereby creating a wider international community connected around the Inter brand.
