FC Barcelona and Sebang Global Battery Extend Partnership Until 2028.

FC Barcelona has announced the renewal of its regional partnership with Sebang Global Battery for an additional three seasons, extending the collaboration until 30 June 2028. The agreement maintains Sebang Global Battery’s status as the official car battery partner in the UAE and expands the partnership to include Chile for the first time.

The extension continues a relationship that began in 2019, managed through FC Barcelona’s Asia-Pacific regional office in Hong Kong. By the end of the new term, the partnership will have reached nine years, reflecting long-standing cooperation between the two parties.

Sebang Global Battery has leveraged the partnership to expand visibility and brand reputation beyond its traditional markets. The company has previously activated the deal through multiple projects across digital platforms and club-related initiatives.

Expansion to Chile

The addition of Chile as a strategic market is viewed as a step in Sebang Global Battery’s international growth strategy, complementing its established presence in the UAE. The move underscores how FC Barcelona’s global fan base is used by partners to support commercial expansion outside Asia.

Future Activations

Under the renewed agreement, both organisations will explore activations in areas such as:

• VIP hospitality experiences

• Club digital channels
