FC Barcelona has announced the extension of its partnership with Chinese trading card company DAKA for an additional three seasons, running until June 30, 2028. The agreement ensures that DAKA will remain the club’s official trading card partner in China.
Continuation of a Long-Term Relationship
The renewal marks the continuation of a collaboration that began in 2023, bringing the total length of the partnership to six years. The extension reflects the work of FC Barcelona’s Asia-Pacific office in Hong Kong, which has played a key role in building the relationship between the club and its regional partner.
Expanded Scope of the Partnership FC Barcelona DAKA
Under the agreement, DAKA will continue producing autographed trading cards featuring FC Barcelona’s men’s first team players. The scope of the collection will now expand to include cards signed by players from the women’s football team as well as from the basketball division. This move is intended to broaden the brand’s reach within the Chinese sports community.
DAKA has also leveraged digital content to connect with FC Barcelona fans across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Toutiao, Xiaohongshu and Bilibili, where the club has a combined following of nearly 16 million. The continuation of digital activations will remain a key part of the extended collaboration.
