Burnley Football Club has officially launched a virtual reality (VR) matchday experience in partnership with Rezzil, the leading name in VR sports technology. The initiative will debut during the Clarets’ pre-season friendly against Lazio on August 9, 2025, marking the first-ever live football match broadcast in immersive VR via the Premier League Player app.
