Brentford Football Club has announced a new multi-faceted partnership with Indeed, the global employment platform, as the club’s official training wear partner and official recruitment partner starting from the 2025/26 season.
The agreement will see Indeed branding appear on all training kits worn by Brentford’s men’s and women’s first teams, the men’s B team, academy squads, and coaching staff. The partnership also integrates community outreach and post-career transition support, reinforcing Brentford’s position as a club with a holistic approach to both talent development and social responsibility.
Strategic Dual Role: Apparel and Workforce Development
The collaboration positions Indeed not only as a visible brand on training apparel, but also as a strategic partner in recruitment and career progression—both for fans and players.
Indeed will deliver a range of initiatives including:
Career workshops for fans and local jobseekers, in collaboration with Brentford FC Community Sports Trust
Player career development support, with access to Indeed resources to help current and academy players plan for life beyond football
Content rights and co-branded storytelling, featuring first-team players and coaching staff
Matchday and in-stadium branding, including presence at the Robert Rowan Performance Centre
This multi-layered model expands the scope of traditional kit partnerships by embedding the sponsor in operational, community, and narrative aspects of the club.
Club Perspective: Values and Vision Alignment
Fran Jones, Commercial Director at Brentford FC, highlighted the synergies between the two organizations:
“We’re very proud of our track record of intelligent recruitment and smart decision-making that empowers us to compete at the highest level. Indeed has earned its place as a leading hiring platform with the same approach. This partnership has an incredible opportunity to uplift our community with new skills and job opportunities, as well as help Brentford players of all ages plan for life beyond their football career.”
The partnership supports Brentford’s broader strategy of aligning with values-driven commercial partners that contribute to both performance and long-term sustainability. Brentford FC Indeed
