Arsenal has announced a multi-year agreement with Bitpanda, naming the Vienna-based company as the club’s Official Crypto Trading Partner. The partnership coincides with Bitpanda’s official launch in the UK, a move aimed at expanding its footprint in one of the world’s key financial markets.

Partnership Scope and Visibility

Under the deal, Bitpanda branding will be displayed at Emirates Stadium starting with Arsenal’s first home fixture of the 2025/26 Premier League season against Leeds United on 23 August. The company’s presence will extend across stadium assets and the club’s digital platforms.

The agreement includes collaborative digital activations, player involvement in content creation, and exclusive supporter experiences. Bitpanda users will gain access to VIP match tickets, invitations to special events, and opportunities to meet former Arsenal players.

Strategic Objectives Arsenal Bitpanda

For Arsenal, the deal strengthens its commercial portfolio with a partner entering the UK market for the first time. For Bitpanda, it provides a platform to reach both domestic and global audiences, aligning with the company’s strategy to promote secure cryptocurrency trading and investment education.

Eric Demuth, Co-Founder and CEO of Bitpanda, said:

“We’re launching in the UK with strength, scale, and ambition. Arsenal is more than a football club. It’s a symbol of excellence, heritage, and loyalty. That’s exactly the kind of brand we want beside us as we enter one of the most important markets in global finance and help more people set and achieve their financial goals.”

Juliet Slot, Arsenal Chief Commercial Officer, commented:

“We’re excited to welcome Bitpanda to our Arsenal family as the latest global brand to join our diverse stable of partners. They share our ambition and our drive to always move forward. As they launch in the UK for the first time, we’re delighted to be working together to support each other’s growth and sustained success.”

The agreement reflects the ongoing integration of cryptocurrency and blockchain companies into global sports sponsorship, with clubs seeking partners in emerging technology sectors to diversify revenue streams. For Bitpanda, Arsenal provides brand association with a club that has a substantial global following and strong recognition in key markets.
