Real Madrid has signed a three-season partnership with Uber Eats, naming the delivery platform the club’s Official Delivery Partner in Spain until June 2029.

The agreement covers brand campaigns, digital content and fan experiences, alongside Uber Eats visibility during matches at the Santiago Bernabéu. The partnership also incorporates Uber as an official club partner, creating scope for future initiatives around ride-sharing and the supporter experience surrounding the stadium.

The deal gives Uber’s two consumer platforms access to Real Madrid’s domestic audience while combining traditional sponsorship inventory with food delivery, physical activations and potential mobility services.

Uber Eats Takes Delivery Category Rights in Spain Real

Uber Eats will hold Real Madrid’s Official Delivery Partner designation in Spain for the next three seasons.

Its rights will include a presence around matches at the Bernabéu and joint activations across the club’s digital channels, while the two organisations plan to develop campaigns, content and supporter experiences throughout the agreement.

The geographical scope is notable: the delivery partnership is specifically focused on Spain, providing Uber Eats with a major domestic football property through which to market its platform.

Emilio Butragueño, Real Madrid’s Director of Institutional Relations, said the club was pleased to work with a company that holds a leading position in its sector.

Marinus van Gestel, General Manager of Uber Eats in Spain, said the agreement provides the platform with an opportunity to connect with Real Madrid supporters and become part of how they experience football.

First Campaign Extends Into Central Madrid

The partnership launches with a campaign built around the Spanish slogan “El hambre nos ha traído hasta aquí”, connecting the concept of hunger with moments from Real Madrid’s history.

Alongside the audiovisual campaign, Uber Eats is taking the activation into central Madrid through a temporary space at Plaza del Callao from October 7 to 11.

The pop-up will introduce ReMontaditos, five food products inspired by some of Real Madrid’s most notable matches. Supporters will be able to sample them free of charge at the location or order them through the Uber Eats app.

Uber Partnership Opens Mobility Opportunity

The agreement extends beyond food delivery.

Real Madrid said Uber will also become an Official Partner of the club, with the relationship creating the possibility of developing initiatives around ride-sharing and the fan experience in the area surrounding the Bernabéu.

That element potentially gives the partnership a broader operational dimension. A major football stadium concentrates large numbers of supporters within a limited area before and after matches, making transport and last-mile mobility part of the wider matchday experience.
