Norwich City is proud to announce the extension of its partnership with Lotus Cars for an additional two years. This renewal sees Lotus continuing its vital support as a primary partner of the club, reinforcing the strong connection between two iconic Norfolk brands.

Continuing a Legacy of Support

Previously, Lotus Cars has played a pivotal role as a principal partner, including holding the prestigious front-of-shirt sponsorship. The renewed partnership ensures that this connection remains robust, providing numerous opportunities for brand promotion and community engagement. The collaboration will be spearheaded from the Lotus Cars headquarters in Hethel, further cementing the relationship between the two entities.

A Shared Vision of Community and Excellence Norwich City Lotus

Matt Windle, Managing Director and Group Vice President of Lotus Cars, expressed his enthusiasm for the renewed partnership: “It is extremely important to us to continue our relationship with the Canaries and to build on what we have achieved over recent years. Lotus and Norwich City are two iconic Norfolk brands, with shared values and community ethos. Whilst Lotus is expanding globally, it is essential that we maintain strong links in our home county of Norfolk.”

Enhancing Community Engagement

Jonathan Casbon, Head of Partnerships at Norwich City, echoed this sentiment: “I’m delighted to announce that Lotus will remain a partner of the club for a further two seasons. Matt and his team underline the importance of our close relationship, one that is valued highly by the club and our fans. We’re excited to work together on initiatives that will boost engagement across our community.”

Supporting the Community Sports Foundation

The company has been instrumental in raising funds for the club’s Community Sports Foundation, demonstrating a deep-rooted commitment to community development. Initiatives like the upcoming Lap Lotus event and a previous donation of a Lotus Elise, which raised £100,000, highlight the positive impact of this partnership.

Looking Forward

As Norwich City and Lotus Cars continue to work together, the focus will be on enhancing community ties and promoting both brands to a broader audience. This partnership exemplifies how collaboration between sports clubs and local businesses can drive community engagement and mutual growth.
