The inaugural FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ concluded with Chelsea FC defeating Paris Saint-Germain 3–0 in a highly anticipated final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. But beyond the pitch, FIFA also reached a major commercial milestone: all available sponsorship positions for the tournament were successfully contracted, marking the complete sell-out of its sponsorship programme.

FIFA confirmed that every available partner and supplier tier was filled ahead of the final match, setting new commercial benchmarks for a standalone club football event.

Record-Breaking Sponsorship Revenue for a New Tournament

The 32-team competition, held across 11 U.S. cities, attracted a portfolio of globally recognized brands. According to FIFA, the tournament generated the highest sponsorship revenue ever recorded for a new football event, highlighting growing corporate appetite for large-scale, global club competitions.

Newly announced commercial partners included:

  • Panini, which served as the Presenting Partner of the halftime show during the final

  • Jeep®, appointed as Official Automotive Partner of the FIFA Club World Cup

These final additions joined an already strong lineup of partners, helping FIFA reach full inventory sell-out before the tournament's conclusion.

A New Standard in Commercial Integration FIFA Club World Cup Final Sponsorship

What made this sponsorship programme stand out was FIFA’s emphasis on innovative asset integration. Sponsors were offered customised rights packages that allowed for seamless incorporation of their products and services into tournament operations, fan engagement zones, and matchday experiences.

The model moved beyond traditional branding to include immersive activations, digital presence, and broadcast engagement, tailored to enhance both fan experience and sponsor visibility throughout the month-long competition. FIFA Club World Cup Final Sponsorship
