FC Bayern Names ERL Immobiliengruppe as Official Real Estate Partner.

FC Bayern Munich has confirmed a multi-year commercial partnership with ERL Immobiliengruppe, appointing the Bavaria-based property developer as the club’s first Official Real Estate Partner.

The agreement adds a new category to FC Bayern’s commercial portfolio and reflects a growing trend of top clubs working with real estate and infrastructure companies beyond traditional sponsorship sectors.

Real Estate Joins FC Bayern’s Partner Portfolio

Under the deal, ERL Immobiliengruppe becomes the club’s designated partner in the real estate category. While no financial details were disclosed, the partnership positions ERL within FC Bayern’s broader network of domestic and international commercial partners.
