Brentford FC has named Cazoo, the UK-based digital car marketplace, as its new Official Sleeve Partner ahead of the 2025/26 season. The agreement extends across all playing and training kits for the club’s men’s first team, with additional placement secured on Brentford’s B team, women’s teams, and academy sides.
The partnership builds on an existing relationship between Brentford and MOTORS, which earlier this year transitioned its branding rights to Cazoo. The move reflects a strategic realignment to leverage Cazoo’s re-entry into the automotive retail market under a refreshed brand identity.
Expanded Visibility Across Club Assets Brentford Cazoo
Cazoo’s logo will feature on:
All men’s first team matchday and training kits
The club’s B team, women’s, and academy team kits
Promotional materials linked to Brentford’s 2025/26 kit launches
The upcoming season also marks 100 years of Brentford wearing red and white stripes, with a special commemorative kit expected to be unveiled. Cazoo branding will be part of that historic design.
Fran Jones, Brentford’s Commercial Director, commented on the evolution of the relationship:
“This partnership continues to grow and go from strength to strength. I’m delighted that Cazoo has agreed to become the sleeve partner for our men’s first team and will feature on the kits for our men’s B team, women’s teams and academy teams.”
From Disruption to Community
For Cazoo, the new placement supports both brand reactivation and community engagement. Now operating as a used car marketplace under new ownership, Cazoo is seeking to reestablish its visibility in key UK markets.
Lucy Tugby, Marketing Director at Cazoo, framed the deal as part of the company’s challenger brand ethos:
“We’re thrilled to have this opportunity to expand our partnership with Brentford, a fellow challenger, and look forward to having the Cazoo brand prominently displayed on the sleeves of next season’s kit.”
She also emphasized the local nature of the partnership, noting Cazoo’s proximity to Brentford and involvement in Brentford FC Community Sports Trust initiatives.
