Valencia CF has renewed its partnership with TM Grupo Inmobiliario, confirming the real estate group as the club’s Main Global Partner and Real Estate Partner for the next three seasons, until 2028.
Strengthening a Strategic Alliance Valencia CF TM Grupo Inmobiliario
The extended agreement builds on the relationship established over the past two years and aligns both organizations around a shared vision of sustainable growth. TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company in the Mediterranean residential and tourism real estate sector, will continue to feature on the shirts of Valencia CF’s men's and women’s first teams, as well as the VCF Academy.
The collaboration will accompany Valencia CF’s strategic milestones, notably the move to the new Nou Mestalla stadium, scheduled for the summer of 2027. The stadium is seen as a key economic and social catalyst for both the club and the city of Valencia.
Mutual Goals: Lifestyle Branding and International Expansion
Beyond shirt sponsorship, the partnership focuses on promoting the Mediterranean lifestyle nationally and internationally. TM Grupo Inmobiliario is actively developing projects in the province of Valencia, including ‘Santa María Sea by TM’ at El Puig beach, with more than 500 residential units planned.
Both Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario are leveraging their collaboration for international expansion, creating synergies and conducting promotional activities across markets such as Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Mexico. In Mexico, Valencia CF notably wore TM’s hospitality division brand, The Fives, on their shirts during a friendly match against the Mexican national team in October 2024.
Partnership Built on Shared Values
The relationship between Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario is rooted in shared values such as passion, corporate responsibility, and community engagement. A notable example was during the match against Real Betis following the DANA storm, when the club replaced its shirt sponsor with the slogan ‘AMUNT Valencians’ as a tribute to victims and first responders.
Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, emphasized the strategic importance of the collaboration, citing the shared Mediterranean identity and mutual ambition for growth and global brand building. Javier Solís, General Director of Valencia CF, described TM Grupo Inmobiliario as a critical partner during a pivotal time for the club.
