Sevilla FC, a prominent name in the world of football, has joined forces with CESUR, a leading provider of vocational training in Spain, to launch an innovative educational project that will begin in October 2024. This collaboration aims to mold the next generation of football coaches through specialized training programs.

Innovative Education in Football Coaching

The partnership between Sevilla FC and CESUR marks a significant development in sports education. The training will be conducted at Sevilla FC’s Innovation Center, which recently received authorization from the Junta de Andalucía to offer specialized sports education, thus becoming an Authorized Sports Education Center.

Courses will be held at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios, ensuring participants have access to top-notch facilities. This initiative reflects Sevilla FC’s commitment to not only fostering talent on the field but also enriching the educational landscape of sports coaching.

Bridging Vocational Training and Professional Football

CESUR, part of the Grupo Coremsa holding, is recognized for its extensive network of over 30 educational centers across Spain and offers more than 100 different vocational qualifications. This collaboration with Sevilla FC enhances CESUR’s offerings by integrating practical football coaching skills with academic learning.

The program will offer both Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training qualifications, leading to an official football coaching certificate. This certification is crucial for those aiming to become professional football coaches in Spain and provides a pathway to further university studies in sports-related fields.

Enrollment and Future Prospects

Enrollment for the inaugural session starting in October is now open. Detailed information about the programs is available on the websites of both Sevilla FC Innovation Center and CESUR. This educational initiative not only aims to elevate the professional standards of football coaching but also to ensure that the coaches of tomorrow are well-prepared with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills.
