Paris Saint-Germain has introduced a new version of its MyParis loyalty program, aimed at providing a more interactive and structured fan engagement experience. The updated platform focuses on gamification, digital access, and family participation, aligning with the club’s broader digital strategy to expand global supporter interaction.
Updated Features and Structure
The redesigned program centers around the Playzone, a digital space where users can earn experience points (XP) through club-related activities, content interaction, and participation in events. Fans progress through several status levels, ranging from “Tweety” to “Legend,” unlocking additional benefits such as access to club events, discounts on merchandise, stadium tours, and exclusive digital content.
Two subscription options are available:
Free Version – accessible worldwide, enabling users to register and begin earning points.
Premium Version (€19.90 per season) – offering a broader range of privileges, including access to special events, partner experiences, and personalized rewards.
The new MyParis program integrates loyalty management with interactive content to create a unified online environment for global fans.
Focus on Family and Youth Engagement
A key addition to the system is MyFamily, a free component targeting young fans and families. It offers early access to the Junior Club, opportunities for children to walk onto the pitch with players, and participation in age-appropriate digital activities. The initiative aims to strengthen long-term supporter engagement by connecting younger audiences to the club experience both online and at the Parc des Princes.
Global Accessibility
The program is available to supporters in all regions and serves as a single digital gateway to the PSG ecosystem, including e-commerce, PSG TV, and official club communications. It consolidates membership management and fan rewards, supporting the club’s digital expansion across international markets.
Paris Saint-Germain stated that the updated MyParis platform is part of its ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and personalization for fans worldwide while reinforcing the role of digital technology in modern football engagement.
