Olympique de Marseille has extended its partnership with D’Or et de Platine, the record label founded by Marseille rapper JuL, for a fifth consecutive season, adding the label to a new position on the club’s first-team shirt.

The D’Or et de Platine logo now appears on the upper back of the OM jersey, above the players’ names. The branding made its debut during Marseille’s home match against Paris FC, played after the club announced the continuation of the agreement on September 5.

Fifth Season Brings New Shirt Inventory Marseille

The move onto the upper back of the shirt represents the principal change announced for the latest phase of the partnership.

D’Or et de Platine was already an official partner of Marseille. For the fifth season of the relationship, its branding has been incorporated directly into the first-team match jersey, occupying the space immediately above the player name.

For OM, the placement adds a music-industry brand to its shirt sponsorship inventory. For D’Or et de Platine, it puts the label into one of the most visible environments available to a football partner: the playing kit itself.

OM and D’Or et de Platine have said the next phase will continue to focus on activations rooted in the identity and culture of the city, with football and music remaining the two central components.
