FC Internazionale Milano S.p.A. has approved its financial results for the 2024/25 season, posting a net profit of €35.4 million, its first annual profit in 15 years. The figure marks a €70 million improvement compared to the prior year, when the club recorded a loss of €35.7 million.

The club generated record revenues of €567 million, representing an increase of €94 million over the 2023/24 season. According to the board, the growth was driven by:

  • Higher revenues from domestic and European competitions, including participation in the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup.

  • Commercial growth, with sponsorship and matchday revenues increasing organically.

Production costs rose by 3.8% to €482 million, reflecting increased operational expenses while remaining proportionate to revenue growth. Inter Milan Revenue

Debt Restructuring and Financial Stability

During the financial year, Inter fully repaid its senior secured bonds issued by Inter Media and Communication S.p.A. The club subsequently secured a €350 million long-term loan under a private placement, receiving an investment-grade credit rating. Compared to the previous bond, the arrangement reduces both the principal and cost of capital, underlining the club’s commitment to long-term financial sustainability.

Strategic Outlook

Looking ahead, Inter highlighted key investments and partnerships:

  • Squad building: Summer transfers focused on recruiting younger players to ensure future competitiveness and financial sustainability under head coach Cristian Chivu.

  • Infrastructure: Ownership group Oaktree Capital Management approved around €100 million of investment in training facilities.

  • Commercial growth: A ten-year global merchandising agreement with Fanatics was signed at the end of the season, expanding international licensing opportunities. Inter also added BYD Group as Global Automotive Partner, strengthening its sponsorship portfolio in the sustainable mobility sector.
