Everton FC has announced a long-term naming rights agreement with Hill Dickinson, confirming the new 52,888-capacity venue at Bramley-Moore Dock will officially be known as Hill Dickinson Stadium. The partnership marks one of the largest stadium naming rights deals in Europe and comes just months ahead of the venue’s official opening in August 2025.

The collaboration brings together two historic Liverpool institutions — one in sport, the other in commercial law — in a deal that underscores shared values around regional legacy, international ambition, and community development.

A Naming Rights Deal With Local and Global Relevance

Founded in 1810, Hill Dickinson is an international law firm with operations across the UK, Europe, and Asia. The partnership with Everton extends beyond traditional sponsorship visibility, with both parties framing the deal as a commitment to long-term regeneration and impact in Liverpool and beyond.

While financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, Everton states the deal is a “bold and strategic step” that will reinforce the club’s ambitions both on and off the pitch. The stadium will serve as a year-round destination for sport, music, business, and culture, and as a catalyst for inward investment into north Liverpool.

Strategic Importance of the Hill Dickinson Stadium

The naming rights announcement positions Everton’s new home as not only a sporting venue but also a commercial platform with global potential. For Hill Dickinson, the deal reflects an opportunity to:

  • Amplify brand presence in international markets

  • Embed itself within one of Europe’s most high-profile urban regeneration projects

  • Align with one of the Premier League’s legacy clubs

  • Leverage partnership synergies through Everton in the Community and its own foundation

The agreement also strengthens the community engagement footprint of both organisations. Hill Dickinson will collaborate with Everton in the Community to expand impact across Merseyside, supporting charitable initiatives that align with both brands' values.

Stadium as a Commercial and Cultural Anchor Hill Dickinson Everton

The Hill Dickinson Stadium is a key component of the Liverpool Waters development, one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe. The waterfront site will serve as a commercial anchor for wider investment while offering Everton a modern home that meets the demands of international broadcasting, fan experience, and non-football event hosting.

By securing a partner with Liverpool heritage and global operations, Everton ensures that its stadium branding will carry a story of place and ambition, rather than just a logo.
