Hammarby Announces Revolut as Main Partner and Front-of-Shirt Sponsor.

Hammarby Fotboll has announced a new partnership with Revolut, naming the digital banking platform as the club’s main partner and financial services provider.


Under the agreement, Revolut branding will appear on the front of the match shirts for both the men’s and women’s teams, securing one of the most valuable commercial assets in the club’s sponsorship portfolio. The deal is described by the club as one of the largest commercial agreements in its history.


Fintech Integration and Club Operations Hammarby


Beyond shirt sponsorship visibility, the partnership includes financial infrastructure integration. Hammarby will adopt Revolut Business for internal operations, including foreign exchange transactions and expense management.


The collaboration reflects the increasing role of fintech platforms in sports sponsorship, where partnerships extend beyond brand exposure into operational and payment system integration.

Revolut currently serves more than 70 million customers globally, including over one million users in Sweden.


Fan Engagement and Consumer Incentives


The agreement also includes fan-facing activations aimed at integrating Revolut services into the supporter experience. New customers participating in the partnership campaign will receive SEK 250 when using their Revolut card for the first time. Additional supporter experiences will include stadium tours, match tickets, meet-and-greet opportunities with players and events involving club legends.
