Palermo FC has unveiled a fully redesigned digital ecosystem built in collaboration with IM*MEDIA, the club’s Official Digital Partner. The project represents one of the most comprehensive digital overhauls in Italian football this season, consolidating the club’s online environments—including the website, e-commerce, ticketing and mobile apps—into a unified platform supported by shared authentication and advanced fan-data architecture.


The initiative positions Palermo among the growing number of European clubs investing in centralised digital infrastructures to modernise fan engagement, streamline commercial operations and improve data governance.


A Unified Digital Platform Built on City Football Group Technology


At the core of the new ecosystem is a centralised SSO (single sign-on) system based on technology used within the City Football Group.


This allows fans to access multiple services—website, retail store, app, ticketing portal—through one secure profile, improving usability and enabling Palermo to consolidate fan data for operational and commercial purposes.


The redesigned digital framework affects:

palermofc.com (new website),

• the online store (optimised for mobile commerce),

• ticketing systems (via Vivaticket integration),

• the club’s apps,

• and the new “My Palermo” fan area.


This creates a modular and scalable ecosystem, capable of adding new services over time, including future loyalty programmes and personalised fan journeys.


Digital Architecture Designed to Enhance Operations and Monetisation


The refresh is not limited to aesthetics: the restructuring provides Palermo with a more efficient operational backbone across:

• ticketing workflows,

• match-day communication,

• retail conversion,

• content distribution,

• and fan-database management.


Integration with Vivaticket enables users to access season passes and match tickets directly through the club environment. Legacy passes (e.g., 2025/26 season tickets, Pink Pack products) remain accessible through the previous Vivaticket system.


For a club that draws both local and diaspora supporters, the new platform offers improved retention opportunities and more predictable revenue pathways.


Digital Identity Reflecting Stadium Experience Palermo FC


The new design aligns all touchpoints—website, apps, ticketing and store—around the club’s visual identity, aiming to replicate online the sense of belonging associated with the Stadio Renzo Barbera.
