Olympique de Marseille (OM) has taken another major step in its ongoing digital transformation by unveiling a new official mobile application, now available on the App Store and Google Play. The redesigned platform reflects the club’s strategy to enhance fan engagement, modernize matchday services, and centralize all digital interactions in one seamless ecosystem.


A More Connected and Intuitive Experience Olympique de Marseille New App

The new OM app introduces a modern interface, simplified navigation, and personalized features aimed at bringing the club closer to supporters — wherever they are in the world.


Among the key innovations is the integration of a secure e-ticketing system, which allows fans to store, access, and manage match tickets directly from their smartphones. The feature will be rolled out progressively over the coming months and is part of a wider effort to make entry into the Orange Vélodrome faster and more convenient.


The app also includes a redesigned stadium map, providing real-time location guidance and helping users find amenities more easily within the venue.


Central Hub for News, Video, and Matchday Content


In addition to ticketing, the new application serves as a comprehensive digital hub for all OM-related content. Fans can access:


  • Club news and exclusive videos,

  • Editorial features and highlights,

  • Fan engagement campaigns, and

  • Interactive formats designed to enhance community participation.


The new layout provides a more coherent and immersive environment, integrating editorial, commercial, and fan interaction elements in one unified digital space.


AI-Powered Chatbot and Seamless Commerce Integration


A major innovation within the app is the OM Chatbot, developed in collaboration with Theta Edge Cloud, one of the club’s digital partners. The virtual assistant is designed to help users with ticketing, merchandise, matchday information, and app navigation — offering a more responsive, AI-driven customer experience.


Both the official OM Store and ticketing services are now fully integrated into the application, simplifying online purchases and event reservations through a single point of access. Fans can browse, buy, and manage their transactions without leaving the app interface.


Additionally, the app now features a dedicated section for OM Experiences and contests, giving fans clearer visibility of exclusive activations and prize opportunities.
