FC Porto has announced that the logo of the newly established FC Porto Foundation will appear at the center of the team’s jerseys for the upcoming match against FC Utrecht. The initiative, made possible through an agreement between Betano — the club’s main shirt sponsor — and FC Porto, replaces the sponsor’s logo for this European fixture to spotlight the Foundation’s launch and purpose.
Social Responsibility and Sustainability FC Porto Foundation
The FC Porto Foundation was created to strengthen the club’s commitment to sustainability, social impact, and community engagement. Its mission includes promoting education, inclusivity, and social responsibility through programs that connect the club’s supporters, local institutions, and global partners.
The visibility initiative was made possible through the cooperation of Betano, FC Porto’s principal shirt sponsor, which agreed to donate its branding space for the occasion. According to FC Porto, the Foundation represents a strategic extension of the club’s values, serving as a platform for long-term projects across education, health, sustainability, and cultural engagement.
