AC Milan has announced its 2024/25 consolidated financial results, marking a third consecutive year of profit and setting a new revenue record of €494.5 million, a 10% increase compared to the previous season. The results, presented at the club’s Shareholders’ Meeting, reflect continued business growth and financial stability under RedBird Capital Partners’ ownership and long-term vision.

Third Straight Year of Profit and Revenue Growth

The Rossoneri recorded a positive net result of €3 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 — the club’s third consecutive profitable season, an unprecedented milestone in modern history.

The year’s total revenue reached €494.5 million, driven by strong commercial performance, higher media revenues, and a significant increase in player trading. The results consolidate AC Milan’s position among Europe’s most financially stable clubs.

Commercial income, including sponsorships, royalties, and brand partnerships, rose to €152.3 million, up 6% year-on-year. Audiovisual and media revenues increased by €1.9 million, while player trading income grew 30.6%, adding €14.3 million compared to the previous financial year.

Over the past two seasons, AC Milan invested more than €250 million in player acquisitions, reaffirming its commitment to developing a competitive sporting project. The Milan Futuro initiative also advanced the club’s youth development strategy, strengthening its long-term player pipeline and asset base.

Financial Stability and Equity Position AC Milan Revenue

Despite missing out on European competition revenue, AC Milan maintained a strong financial position with consolidated net equity of €199 million as of June 30, 2025. Net financial debt stood at €92.6 million, an increase of €43 million from the prior year, attributed to ongoing investments in the club’s infrastructure and roster.

These results highlight the club’s capacity to balance growth with financial discipline, ensuring stability while continuing to invest strategically across its operations.

New Stadium and Strategic Development

The financial statement follows the recent acquisition of the San Siro Great Urban Function — including the Meazza Stadium and surrounding district — jointly completed by AC Milan and Inter Milan. The acquisition marks a historic step toward the construction of Milan’s new stadium, a core element of the club’s strategic development plan.

The stadium project will be designed by Foster + Partners and MANICA Architecture, firms renowned for their expertise in world-class sports and entertainment facilities. The development aims to create a modern, sustainable, and multifunctional venue that will serve as a new symbol for both the club and the city of Milan.

According to RedBird Capital, the project reflects its long-term investment strategy focused on sporting success, infrastructure modernization, and value creation within the sports and entertainment sectors.

Sustainability Reporting and Governance

AC Milan also released its 2024/25 Sustainability Report, aligning it with the club’s consolidated financial statement — a first among Italian football clubs. The report details AC Milan’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, reaffirming its leadership in responsible club management.

Highlights include:

  • Innovative maternity policies for female players and staff,

  • Enhanced supplier evaluation procedures,

  • Expanded social programs through Fondazione Milan, and

  • Initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

Compiled according to international sustainability standards, the report anticipates upcoming European regulatory frameworks and underscores Milan’s proactive approach to transparency and corporate responsibility.
