Southampton FC has confirmed the extension of its partnership with 8x8, a provider of integrated cloud communications platforms for customer experience. The collaboration, first launched in 2022, will continue into the 2025/26 campaign.


Scope of the Partnership


The agreement ensures that 8x8 technology will remain integrated into Southampton FC’s operations, supporting areas such as ticketing, hospitality, and matchday communication.


As part of the renewal:

• 8x8 branding will continue to appear on the big screen and LED perimeter boards at St Mary’s Stadium.

• The company will collaborate with the club on digital content, fan engagement initiatives, and community outreach programs.

• Cloud-based services will continue to underpin customer service and supporter interaction channels.
