FC Schalke 04 has extended its partnership with Böklunder, a subsidiary of the Zur Mühlen Group (ZMG), until the end of the 2025/2026 season. Böklunder, a market leader in self-service sausages, has been a sponsor since 2001, becoming an integral part of the VELTINS Arena's gastronomic offerings.
Matthias Tillmann emphasized the significance of the partnership, highlighting the fruitful discussions leading to the extension. He noted that the collaboration, nearing its 25th anniversary, is an example of the strong and cooperative relationship between the two entities.
Böklunder will maintain its extensive advertising and marketing rights within the VELTINS Arena. The popular Böklunder fan box will continue to be a staple for fans.
Maximilian Tönnies expressed pride and joy in continuing the partnership, underscoring that Schalke is deeply embedded in the Tönnies group of companies' identity. He affirmed that Schalke is like family, a sentiment echoed by the club's long-term association with Böklunder.
Oliver Kurt Ulrich Schwale from the marketing team conveyed optimism about Schalke's future success. He committed to leveraging the strong brands of Böklunder and Gutfried to set new standards in marketing, supporting Schalke in regaining its former glory.
