Athletic Club Renews Partnership With Cafés Baqué Until 2026.

Athletic Club has announced the renewal of its sponsorship agreement with Cafés Baqué, extending their collaboration until 2026. The partnership will maintain Cafés Baqué as the official coffee of Athletic Club while continuing its role as a Strategic Partner of the Athletic Club Foundation (Fundazioa).

The renewed agreement reinforces a long-standing relationship between two Basque institutions with shared regional and cultural roots. The collaboration focuses not only on commercial visibility but also on social and community engagement through the Foundation’s projects.

A signing event took place at Ibaigane, attended by Athletic Club president Jon Uriarte, alongside Fernando Etxabe, General Director of Cafés Baqué, and Iñigo Gutiérrez, the company’s Marketing Director.

The partnership between Athletic Club and Cafés Baqué was first formalized in 2021, when the company became the official coffee supplier of the club through the 2023/24 season. At that time, Cafés Baqué also joined the Athletic Club Foundation as a Strategic Partner, supporting initiatives related to education, culture, social inclusion, environmental awareness, and community development.
